Cross Infection We are proud of our Cross Infection Policy which complies with BDA guidelines. Where possible, disposable items are used and disposed of after each patient. Otherwise all other instruments are washed in the hydrim washer and then sterilised in autoclaves like they do in hospitals.

We offer Denplan insurance scheme to our patients who wish to join The Denplan Excel Accreditation Program bases its quality assurance on a consistent Statement of Principles to which all accredited dentists are asked to commit. Denplan then support our team in following these principles by providing very specific and practical components and tools, which are applied within our practice.
Complaints
In this practice we take complaints very seriously indeed and try to ensure that all patients are pleased with their experience of our service. When patients complain, they are dealt with courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible. This procedure is based on these objectives.
Our aim is to react to complaints in the way in which we would want our complaint about a service to be handled. We learn from every mistake that we make and we respond to patients’ concerns in a caring and sensitive way.
