Just wanted to say how fantastic Stephen Roberts was with the children over the last couple of visits (fillings and all). They smiled throughout (even Hannah who can be very anxious at times). Such a difference from my own experience of dentists as a child. It was very much worthy of note.

Everybody else has also been really helpful and friendly as well, the reception staff and Natalie who tortures me for 20 minutes. I wish I could get my lot to have such customer service skills sometimes.

The refurbishment looks really classy too.

Just wanted to thank all for such a service, conscious that perhaps thanks don't happen very often.

First of all I would really like to thank you for the wonderful help you and all the staff gave my son Jake after his terrible ordeal. He came into your surgery with his Nan after an assault in school and you kindly checked him over and (Craig) put stitches in his lip.

Just a note to say thank you for giving me back the use of my mouth in a good way. You would not believe how good it feels to almost feel back to normal when eating food. Also it is a great to just brush my teeth and take them to bed with me.

I saw Natalie, hygienist for the first time. She really made me feel at ease and she is the best hygienist I have ever had. I would highly recommend her to everybody. Thank you so much Natalie.

Absolutely fantastic treatment from Stephen Roberts throughout my implant treatment, everything explained thoroughly and sensitively, Also a big thank you for fantastic treatment by Mark during my bone grafts and implants.
